The graphics is printed either on B Flute 1/8 inch Carboard. Our cardboard Cutout Standees have the options of sturdy easel stands.

Standees over 2feet tall will be shipped scored and folded.

To set up a print ready file, use a vector program such as Adobe Illustrator. Place the image on a layer, and on another layer draw a single continuous vector path with a minimum of 1/4 inch margins around the image you want cut out.

How Your Artwork Will Be Handled

-If your Print Ready file is properly set up: Correct size, high resolution, clean cut path. We will print exactly as submitted.

-If your file is not Print-Ready: We will automatically create a contour cut based on the image, with a 1/4 inch white margin around it. Modify edges for stability if required and prepare the file for printing.

-Not required, but strongly recommended: High-resolution image (150 to 300 DPI). Clear subject with good contrast (defined outline). Avoid extremely thin shapes or fine details.

-To ensure durability: Extremely thin areas may be removed or modified. Designs may be adjusted to prevent breakage. Bottom areas may be altered for base stability.

-Avoid placing important content: On or near the edges to be cut.

DO's and DONT's

1. Keep It Simple - Simple outside contours produce the best results.

2. Allow a Small Margin - We may leave a small border around your subject for cleaner cutting and added strength.

3. Avoid Thin Areas - Fingers, hair, narrow arms, props and other small details may be widened or simplified.

4. Use High-Resolution Artwork - Low-resolution images may appear blurry or pixelated when enlarged.

5. Outer Contours Only - Intricate inside cuts, small holes and detailed cutouts between arms, legs or objects should be avoided.

6. Complex Shapes May Be Simplified - Free contour cutting is included. We may adjust the cut path as needed for clean production and standee durability.

7. Keep It Strong - Very narrow areas, sharp points and fragile shapes may be modified to help prevent bending or damage.

8. Designed to Fold - Larger standees are scored and may be tri-folded for compact shipping and storage.

9. Creases Are Normal - Because the B-flute corrugated board is folded, visible crease lines are a normal part of the product.

10. Fold on Score Lines Only - For storage, always refold the standee along the existing score lines. Avoid creating new folds.

11. GOOD TO KNOW - Standees are lightweight corrugated displays. Some flexing, minor cut variation and visible folding creases are normal.
