Eligibility Guidelines

Nonprofit organizations in the US with 501(c)(3) status are eligible for the program. PrintPapa approves applications that meet all requirements and criteria for NPO sponsorship.

Complete the form above and submit your 501(c)3 Determination Letter. You will receive a response within 1 business day of evaluation.

FAQ

What is not included in the sponsorship?
Sponsorship does NOT apply to shipping costs, mailing service fees and postage as well as design fees.

Can we use our nonprofit mailing rates with PrintPapa's mailing service?
Yes. Download a USPS Form 3623 from the USPS website, process this with USPS and provide us the approval copy.

Can I use the Sponsorship discount on top of the discount on your website?
We observe a one-discount policy. Sponsorship discount cannot be applied on top of current promotions on our website.
