Finished Size: Examples: a) For a Booklet - the flat size - 11x17 and finished size is 8.5x11. (Leave Blank if not sure)

Total pages: Provide total number of pages including the cover

The cover can be a different paper than the inside pages. For perfect binded books the cover us usually a 10pt. C1s, for booklets the cover can be the same as the inisde pages or can be a card stock

Select the type of printing you need for the cover. For Perfect Binded Books the inside of the cover is either blank or printed in black ink

Select the paper for the inside pages. Usually the paper for the inside pages are text type and not card stock.

Quantity: Mention few other quantities, so that you can compare prices. For orders with low quantities, most of the cost will be in the initial setup, so the next quantity will not be double the price but maybe only slightly more.
